Meals accommodating special diets can be prepared. Please notify us when booking. If gluten-free or lactose-free products are required, please inform us during the booking process, and no later than upon check-in at the Hotel.

• Breakfasts are served from 7:30 to 10:30 in the Chapter Hall above the restaurant.
• Dinners are served from 17:00 to 19:00 in the Chapter Hall above the restaurant.

The package starts with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure. Meals are served buffet-style or plated (depending on hotel occupancy).

Miód i Wino Restaurant

Sunday – Thursday 12:00 – 22:00, meal orders until 21:30

Friday – Saturday 12:00 – 23:00, meal orders until 22:00

From 10:30 to 12:00, the restaurant serves drinks and desserts from the display case.

Bar at Miód i Wino Restaurant open Friday and Saturday until 1:00 AM.

The creamy mango butter mask deeply nourishes, soothes and restores softness to the skin, leaving it noticeably smooth, elastic and pleasantly wrapped.

• Full body warm candle massage with manuka flower and kiwi scent for 2 people

A relaxing massage that relieves tension and restores lightness to the body.
The warm wax of the candle transforms into a nourishing oil that cares for the skin, leaving it silky smooth and gently wrapped in a subtle aroma.

• Head massage with hair oiling + moisturizing face mask for 2 people

A treatment inspired by calming rituals that works both on the body and mind.
The head massage improves circulation and reduces tension, while the oiling intensively nourishes the hair, restoring softness, shine and a healthy appearance. The moisturizing face mask soothes and smooths the complexion, restoring freshness and natural radiance.

• Session in the salt cave with rose infusion for 2 people

A quiet space where breathing becomes deeper and the body naturally regenerates.
The microclimate of the cave supports relaxation and detoxification, and the subtle rose aroma completes the experience, bringing a state of deep calm.

Monasterium SPA&Wellness

Monastic baths: steam sauna, dry sauna

SPA Zone is open from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

We recommend our signature Cistercian rituals, based on natural plant ingredients that were cultivated by monks. To this day, lavender fields, white lilies, and tobacco are part of the Sulejów landscape and were the inspiration for creating the unique recipes of the first Monastic SPA in Poland.

Spa treatments for Children are also available in the SPA offer.

Please provide information about the required children's facilities already during the booking process.

During the stay of our youngest Guests, we are guided by the motto "VIP Child in the Hotel," which is why as a Child-Friendly Hotel we have prepared numerous facilities for our youngest Guests.

Upon Guests' request, we deliver to the room free of charge:

• cot for the child (duvet, bedding, pillow, additional blanket)
• bottle warmer
• changing mat
• baby bathtub
• non-slip mat
• toilet seat adapter and bathroom step stool.

Additionally, a contactless thermometer and first aid doctor contact are available at the reception.

Upon special request from our Guests, we can arrange a qualified babysitter for the children.

• Practical Information

The hotel day starts at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. It is possible to extend the hotel day subject to availability for an additional fee.

Every Guest of Hotel Podklasztorze can extend their stay in the room free of charge until 1:00 PM (if the room is not reserved, please contact the Reception to confirm availability). Guests who have SPA treatments scheduled may stay in the room longer after the end of the hotel day (upon confirmation of availability at Reception).

It is possible to use the Spa & Wellness area before and after check-out until 6:00 PM; free luggage storage is available at the Hotel Reception, as well as cloakroom and changing rooms at Monasterium Spa.

The hotel parking is located behind the hotel about 200 m away. It is possible to drive directly to the reception to unload luggage.

Non-use of any service during the stay, as well as shortening the stay, does not entitle to a refund.

By making a reservation and paying a deposit, the Guest declares that they have read and accepted all the information contained in the package description.

The services included in the package form an integral whole and cannot be separately priced or exchanged.

• Financial Documents

If you wish to receive a VAT invoice for the order/reservation, please inform us during the booking process. Please provide the data to which the invoice should be issued along with the VAT number. Only if we include the VAT number on the receipt will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide the VAT number during the reservation process will prevent issuing a VAT invoice at a later date.
