Meals

It is possible to prepare meals that accommodate special diets. Please inform us when booking. If you require gluten-free or lactose-free products, please notify us during the booking process or at the latest upon check-in at the hotel.

Breakfasts are served from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM in the Chapter Hall above the restaurant.

New Year's breakfast served from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM with a glass of prosecco and delicious cocoa for children

Lunch on December 31 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM in buffet style
Option to purchase a festive buffet dinner from 8:00 PM to midnight with a sweet surprise from the Chef (dinner begins with a dish served at 8:00 PM)

We recommend original Cistercian rituals, built on the basis of natural plant raw materials, which were cultivated by the monks. To this day, lavender fields, white lilies and tobacco are elements of the Sulejów landscape and they were the inspiration in creating the unique recipes of the first Monastic SPA in Poland.

The SPA offer also includes Spa treatments for Children.

Please provide information about the necessary amenities for children already during the booking process.

During the stay of our youngest Guests, our motto is “VIP Child at the Hotel”, therefore, as a Child-Friendly Hotel, we have prepared numerous amenities for our youngest Guests.

Upon Guests' request, we provide the following free of charge to the room:

Practical Information

The hotel day starts at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. It is possible to extend the hotel stay subject to availability for an additional fee.

Every guest of Hotel Podklasztorze has the option to extend their stay in the room free of charge until 1:00 PM (if the room is not booked, please contact Reception to confirm availability). Guests who have SPA treatments scheduled may remain in the room longer after the hotel day ends (upon confirmation of availability at Reception).

It is possible to use the Spa & Wellness area before check-in and after check-out until 6:00 PM. Guests have access to free luggage storage at the hotel Reception, cloakroom, and changing rooms at Monasterium Spa.

The hotel parking is located behind the hotel about 200 meters away. It is possible to drive directly to the reception to unload luggage.

Non-use or shortening of any service during the stay does not entitle to a refund.

By making a reservation and paying a deposit, the guest declares that they have read and accepted all the information included in the package description.

The services included in the package are an integral whole and cannot be priced separately or exchanged.

Financial Documents

If you wish to receive a VAT invoice for your order/reservation, please inform us during the booking process. Please provide the details to which the invoice should be issued, including the tax identification number (NIP). Only if the NIP number is included on the receipt by us, will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide the NIP number during booking will prevent the issuance of a VAT invoice at a later date

Parking

We encourage guests to drive a car to the main entrance from the courtyard, to unpack their luggage, and then park the car in the hotel parking lot. The hotel parking lot is located 200 meters from the hotel, behind the bus stop (after the roundabout, the second street on the left). See on map

Children

Hotel Podklasztorze is a family and children friendly hotel. Children up to 3 years of age stay free of charge if they sleep on their parents' bed. The fees for children aged 4-11 depend on the selected stay offer. Children from the age of 12 are counted as full-pay. A child who is 3 years old is considered 4 years old, a child who is 11 years old is considered 12 years old. See what amenities we have prepared for the youngest guests.
