Neighbourhood of the 12th century abbey is rich in various gifts of nature. Our menu includes fish from nearby Pilica river and Sulejow Lagoon as well as forest game from Sulejow Landscape Park.

To prepare marinates and decorations we use herbs and flowers from our garden as well as honey from a local apiary. Natural, local products are our advantage.
