If you would like to give gifts to your loved ones during the Christmas Eve dinner, please prepare the packages and sign them with your name and surname.
It is possible to prepare meals taking into account the diet. Please report when booking. If you require gluten-free or lactose-free products, please inform us during the booking process, and at the latest upon check-in at the Hotel
Breakfast with regional cuisine specialties: home-made bread, honey from the neighboring apiary, cold meats from the hotel's smokehouse; including Christmas breakfast on 25.12. and 26.12.
For Christmas we prepare family tables for you. Please let us know at the time of booking your stay if you would like guests from different bookings to sit at the same table.

The SPA zone is open from Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 21:00, on Saturdays from 9:00 to 22:00, Sundays and holidays from 9:00 to 21:00.
We recommend original Cistercian rituals, built on the basis of natural plant materials that were cultivated by monks. To this day, lavender fields, white lilies and tobacco are elements of the Sulejów landscape and they were the inspiration for creating the unique recipes of the first Monastery SPA in Poland.

The hotel day starts at 15.00 on the day of arrival and ends at 11.00 on the day of departure.
Each guest of the Hotel Podklasztorze has the option of extending their stay in the room free of charge until 1:00 p.m. (if the room is not booked, please contact the Reception Desk to confirm availability.) stay in the room longer (after confirming availability at the Reception).
It is possible to stay in the Spa&Wellness area before and after checking out of the room until 18:00, free luggage storage at the hotel reception, cloakroom and changing room at Monasterium Spa.
Hotel parking is located behind the hotel, about 200 m. It is possible to drive directly to the reception and unpack your luggage.
Failure to use any benefit during the stay, as well as its shortening does not result in a refund.
