If you would like to give gifts to your loved ones during the Christmas Eve dinner, please prepare the packages and label them with the recipient's full name.

It is possible to prepare meals accommodating special diets. Please notify us when making the reservation. If gluten-free or lactose-free products are needed, please inform us during the reservation process, and no later than at check-in at the Hotel.

• Breakfasts are served from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM in the Chapter Hall above the restaurant.

Breakfast with regional specialties: homemade bread, honey from the neighboring apiary, cold cuts from the hotel smokehouse; including Christmas breakfast on 25.12 and 26.12.

• Dinners in the form of exceptional buffets.

For you and your loved ones, a true festive feast – traditional Christmas Eve dishes perfected in every detail. Fresh carp, pierogi with cabbage and mushrooms, as well as aromatic soups and cakes – all surrounded by candlelight and the sounds of carols, creating a unique, warm atmosphere full of joy and love.

The Christmas Eve Dinner on 24.12 at 6:00 PM and holiday dinners on 25.12 and 26.12 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

• The package begins with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.

For Christmas, we prepare family tables for you. Please inform us at the time of booking if you wish for guests from different reservations to sit at the same table.

We recommend our signature Cistercian rituals, based on natural plant materials cultivated by the monks. To this day, lavender fields, white lilies, and tobacco are elements of the Sulejow landscape and they served as inspiration in creating the unique recipes of the first Monastery SPA in Poland.

The SPA offer also includes Spa treatments for children.

During the stay of our youngest Guests, our motto is “VIP Child at the Hotel”, which is why as a Child-Friendly Hotel we have prepared numerous amenities for our youngest Guests.

Upon Guests' request, we provide free of charge to the room:

Additionally, a contactless thermometer and first aid doctor contact are available at the reception.

• Practical Information

The hotel day starts at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. It is possible to extend the hotel day subject to availability for an additional fee.

Every Guest of Hotel Podklasztorze has the possibility to extend their stay in the room free of charge until 1:00 PM (if the room is not booked, please contact the Reception to confirm availability). Guests who have SPA treatments scheduled may stay in the room longer after the hotel day ends (subject to confirmation of availability at the Reception).

It is possible to use the Spa & Wellness area before and after checking out until 6:00 PM. Guests have free access to luggage storage at the hotel Reception, as well as to the cloakroom and changing room at Monasterium Spa.

The hotel parking is located behind the hotel about 200 m away. It is possible to drive directly to the Reception to unload luggage.

Unused services during the stay, as well as shortening the stay, do not entitle to a refund.

By making a reservation and paying a deposit, the Guest declares that they have read and accept all the information contained in the package description.

The services included in the package form an integral whole and cannot be priced separately or exchanged.

• Financial Documents

If you would like to receive a VAT invoice for the order/reservation, please inform us at the time of booking. Please provide the data on which the invoice should be issued, including the VAT identification number (NIP). Only if we include the NIP number on the receipt will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide the NIP number at the time of booking will make it impossible to issue a VAT invoice later.
