If you would like to give gifts to your loved ones during the Christmas Eve dinner, please prepare the packages and label them with full names.

Special diet meals can be arranged. Please notify us when booking. For gluten-free or lactose-free needs, please inform us during booking or at hotel check-in at the latest

Breakfast with regional specialties: homemade bread, honey from a nearby apiary, smoked meats from the hotel’s smokehouse; including Christmas breakfast on 25.12 and 26.12.

• Dinners in the form of exceptional buffets.

A true festive feast for you and your loved ones – traditional Christmas Eve dishes perfected in every detail. Fresh carp, cabbage and mushroom dumplings, aromatic soups and cakes – all surrounded by candlelight and carols, creating a unique, warm atmosphere full of joy and love.

Christmas Eve Dinner on 24.12 at 18:00 and festive dinners on 25.12 and 26.12 from 16:00 to 19:00

• The package starts with dinner on arrival day and ends with breakfast on departure day.

For Christmas, we prepare family tables. Please inform us when booking if you wish guests from different reservations to sit at the same table.

We recommend original Cistercian rituals based on natural plant ingredients once cultivated by monks. To this day, lavender fields, white lilies, and tobacco define Sulejów’s landscape and inspired the unique recipes of Poland’s first Monastic SPA.

• Practical Information

The hotel day starts at 3:00 PM on arrival and ends at 11:00 AM on departure. Late check-out is possible subject to availability and an extra fee.

Every Guest at Hotel Podklasztorze can extend their stay free of charge until 1:00 PM (if no room is booked, please contact Reception to confirm availability). Guests booked for SPA treatments may stay longer after check-out (subject to confirmation at Reception).

Guests may use the Spa&Wellness area before and after check-out until 6:00 PM. Free luggage storage at Reception, changing room and cloakroom at Monasterium Spa.

Hotel parking is located 200 m behind the hotel. You may drive up to Reception to unload luggage.

Unused services or shortening of stay will not be refunded.

By booking and paying a deposit, the Guest confirms reading and acceptance of all package details.

Package services form an integral whole and cannot be priced separately or exchanged.

• Financial Documents

If you require a VAT invoice for your booking, please inform us during the reservation. Provide invoice details including VAT number. A VAT invoice can only be issued if the VAT number appears on the receipt. Failure to provide the VAT number at booking makes later invoice issuance impossible
