This is where we brew beer according to specific rules. We use the highest quality malt, yeast and hops for production. The entire brewing process from start to finish is pure craftsmanship. To obtain full flavor, abundant foam and beautiful color, our beer is not pasteurized or filtered. The aging process takes place in the cellar walls of the monastery and lasts long enough depending on the style brewed. Drinking our golden liquor you can be sure that each brew has been cooked with great passion and heart.
A real feast should take place in the company of an appropriate, unusual drink. Therefore, in the Miód i Wino Restaurant, we serve a specific type of beer with each dish.
Regardless of whether the taste of the dishes you choose will be rich in salty or sweet taste, seafood, grilled dishes, cured dishes or goose liver - in our assortment you will find every type of beer. The offer of currently available beers can be found in the current menu card.
Our beers can also be purchased in specially prepared bottles.
