We recommend the original Cistercian rituals, built on the basis of natural plant raw materials that were cultivated by the monks. To this day, lavender fields, white lilies, and tobacco are elements of the landscape of Sulejów, and they inspired the creation of the unique recipes for the first Monastic SPA in Poland.

The SPA offer also includes Spa treatments for children.

Please provide information on the necessary amenities for children at the time of booking.

During the stay of our youngest Guests, we are guided by the motto “Child VIP at the Hotel”, which is why as a Child-Friendly Hotel we have prepared numerous amenities for our youngest Guests.

At the request of Guests, we provide the following free of charge to the room:

Important information

Practical Information

The hotel day starts at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. It is possible to extend the hotel stay subject to availability for an additional fee.

Each guest at Hotel Podklasztorze has the option to extend their stay in the room free of charge until 1:00 PM (in case there are no room reservations, please contact the Reception to confirm availability). Guests who have SPA treatments scheduled may remain in their room longer after the hotel day ends (subject to availability confirmation at the Reception).

It is possible to stay in the Spa & Wellness area before and after checking out of the room until 6:00 PM; guests have free access to the luggage storage at the hotel Reception, locker room, and changing room at Monasterium Spa.

The hotel parking is located behind the hotel about 200 m away. It is possible to drive directly to the reception to unload luggage.

Not utilizing any service during the stay, as well as shortening it, does not entitle to a refund.

By making a reservation and paying the deposit, the guest declares that they have read and accept all information contained in the package description.

The services included in the package constitute an integral whole and there is no possibility of separate pricing or exchange.

Financial Documents

If you would like to receive a VAT invoice for the order/reservation, please inform us during booking. Please provide the details for which the invoice should be issued along with the NIP number. Only if we include the NIP number on the receipt will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide the NIP number during booking will prevent the issuance of a VAT invoice at a later date

Parking

We encourage guests to drive a car to the main entrance from the courtyard, to unpack their luggage, and then park the car in the hotel parking lot. The hotel parking lot is located 200 meters from the hotel, behind the bus stop (after the roundabout, the second street on the left). See on map

Children

Hotel Podklasztorze is a family and children friendly hotel. Children up to 3 years of age stay free of charge if they sleep on their parents' bed. The fees for children aged 4-11 depend on the selected stay offer. Children from the age of 12 are counted as full-pay. A child who is 3 years old is considered 4 years old, a child who is 11 years old is considered 12 years old. See what amenities we have prepared for the youngest guests.

Cancellation

30% przedpłaty, anulacja do 7 dni

Dokonanie rezerwacji wymaga uiszczenia przedpłaty na kwotę równą 30% wartości pobytu. Rezerwacje można bezkosztowo anulować do 7 dni przed przyjazdem. W takim wypadku przedpłata zostanie zwrócona w ciągu kilku dni roboczych. W przypadku anulacji w okresie krótszym niż 7 dni lub w przypadku niedojazdu, wpłacona przedpłata nie podlega zwrotowi.
