It is an ideal combination of traditional cuisine in a modern style. On the menu, you will find, among others, carp dishes, from a fish that the Cistercians introduced to Poland.

It is worth highlighting the mini brewery operated in the Restaurant. Traditional beers, brewed according to recipes inspired by medieval brewing traditions, based on malt, yeast, and the highest quality hops. It is neither pasteurized nor filtered, and owes its unique taste to aging in medieval cellars. The brewer prepares 4 types of beers that perfectly complement the dishes served in the restaurant. We recommend the tasting set, which contains all currently available craft beers in mini portions.
