The employed person will be responsible for:

  • actively seeking clients in the MICE segment
  • maintaining and building relationships with key clients
  • coordinating conferences, banquets, events
  • preparing sales and marketing offers and conducting advertising activities
  • monitoring and analyzing sales data
  • verifying competitor activities
  • achieving set sales targets
  • updating internet portals and the hotel's website;
  • creating and updating databases and sales offers.

We expect from candidates:

  • at least 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience in B2B service sales – a necessary condition
  • strong motivation, positive energy, and openness to new challenges
  • focus on effective goal achievement and strong result orientation
  • ability to work in a team and organize own work;
  • professional experience in a sales department will be a great advantage
  • good knowledge of MS Office package and knowledge of basic graphic programs is welcome.
