Due to intensive development, we are expanding the sales department of Hotel Podklasztorze with a completely new position, whose main goal will be promotion, co-creating the brand and marketing strategy for Hotel Podklasztorze.
Your tasks:
- Creating and implementing marketing projects supporting sales and brand recognition
- Participating in creating and implementing a marketing strategy for Hotel Podklasztorze, including for individual departments: SPA, Restaurant, and Brewery
- Preparing simple marketing materials using the Canva program
- Coordinating and executing advertising and sales campaigns online, including managing ad words campaigns
- Building the brand on Social Media
- Managing and updating the website
- Supporting the sales department in preparing sales offers and acquiring new clients from the B2B sector
- Analyzing and reporting competitors' activities
Expectations for candidates:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Ability to write promotional texts
- Ability to coordinate and organize events supporting company sales
- Knowledge of basic graphic programs such as Canva, knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Lightroom is an additional advantage
- Very good knowledge of MS Office package
- Creativity and organizational skills
- Ability to create a positive company image
- Higher education, preferred fields: marketing, media, PR, or related
- Good command of English
