• Creating sales offers tailored to the needs of MICE clients
• Active sale of hotel services – direct contact, telephone, and sales meetings
• Coordination and supervision of event execution
• Maintaining lasting relationships with clients and guests
• Cooperation with the hotel operational departments
• Supporting marketing activities and initiating promotions
• Ensuring the highest standard of customer service
• Implementing sales strategies and influencing results
