We recommend our original Cistercian rituals, created based on natural plant materials that were cultivated by the monks. To this day, lavender fields, white lilies, and tobacco are elements of the Sulejów landscape and they were the inspiration in creating unique formulas for the first Monastic SPA in Poland.

During the stay of our youngest guests, we are guided by the motto "Child VIP in the Hotel", therefore as a Child Friendly Hotel we have prepared numerous amenities for our youngest Guests.
Additionally, a non-contact thermometer and emergency physician contact are available at the reception desk.
Upon special request of our Guests, we are able to organize a qualified childcare provider.

The hotel day starts at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. There is a possibility to extend the hotel day subject to availability for an additional fee.
Every guest at the Hotel Podklasztorze has the opportunity to extend their stay in the room until 1:00 PM for free (if the room is not booked, please contact the Reception to confirm availability). Guests who are scheduled for SPA treatments, after the hotel day has ended, can stay in the room longer (after confirming availability at the Reception).
There is an opportunity to use the Spa & Wellness area before and after checking out of the room until 6:00 PM, free luggage storage at the hotel reception, a cloakroom and changing room are available at Monasterium Spa.
The Hotel Parking is located about 200 meters behind the hotel. It is possible to drive directly to the reception and unload luggage.
Not using any of the services during the stay, as well as shortening it, does not result in a refund.
By making a reservation and paying the deposit, the Guest declares that they have read and accept all the information contained in the package description.
The services included in the package constitute an integral whole and there is no possibility to evaluate or exchange them separately.
If you would like to receive a VAT invoice for your order/booking, you must inform us while making the reservation. Please provide the details for the invoice along with the tax identification number (NIP). You can only receive a VAT invoice if we include your NIP number on the receipt. Failure to provide the NIP number while making the reservation will prevent issuing a VAT invoice at a later date
